  • Fo ti (Polygonum multiflorum), also known as He Shou Wu, is a botanical with a long history of use in traditional Chinese herbal practices, where it has been closely associated with hair-care and longevity traditions.

    At Twelve Stones Naturals, we use Fo-ti as the centerpiece of our Fo ti Hair Serum, combining a concentrated botanical extract with a slow infusion of Fo-ti and complementary herbs in jojoba oil. This layered process creates the distinctive botanical character of the serum.

    Because this is a botanical preparation, the concentrated extract naturally settles beneath the oil between uses. Shake well before each use to temporarily disperse the botanical components throughout the serum.
