Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from my studio in the Bay Area, California.

Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates (United States)
Shipping is free on orders of $55 or more.
Orders under $55 ship at a flat rate of $5.95.

All United States orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, Twelve Stones Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, please reach out and I will do my best to assist you.

International Shipping
Twelve Stones Naturals currently ships to the United States and Canada.

Canadian orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service and typically arrive within 6–12 business days after shipment, depending on customs processing and local delivery.

Shipping rates to Canada are calculated at checkout or offered at a flat rate based on package size and weight.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
